The Super Seeded Omega Sourdough is loaded with omega-rich seeds — linseed, poppy seed, sunflower seeds, millet, and oats — combined with wheat flakes and barley flakes for an extraordinarily nutritious and flavourful bread. Slow-fermented to perfection, with a beautifully golden, seed-encrusted crust and a wonderfully moist, open crumb.
